Reservation / Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • Our Check in time is 1100 Hrs & Check out time is 1000 Hrs.
  • 100% Advance payment required for Booking Confirmation
  • A credit card, cash deposit must guarantee all reservations. The guarantee must reach the hotel immediately for all reservations.
  • The one night accommodation room rate will be levied as a retention charges in case any of the guest (as mentioned above) will be a No Show/Cancellation or any amendment done within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival as per the hotel policy. Minikins will consider your acceptance on the room cancellation policy as & when you receive this room confirmation email \voucher.
  • We reserve the right to release non guaranteed reservations.
  • It is mandatory to present any one of the following photo identity proof validated by government of India at Check in. i) Passport ii) Driving License iii) Aadhar Card iv) Voters ID (Any other issued by Government of India., Except Pan Card)
  • The Room Rates & Government Taxes are subject to change without giving any prior notice.
  • Early Checkin \ Late checkout are subject to availably.
  • Incase of Late Checkout after 2:00 pm One Night Charges will be payable.
  • 6% CGST and 6% SGST will be applicable on Room accommodation (All Prices are in INR).
  • 2.5% CGST and 2.5% SGST will be applicable on food & beverages (All Prices are in INR).
